Please remember that ALL vendors that are selling goods must obtain a business license through the Town of Afton and ANY vendor that has propane or other potentially dangerous materials in their space must provide POI in the amount of $1,000,000 and the Lincoln County Fair will need to be “additionally insured”. The application has a tab to attach all documents. The first night of the PRCA Rodeo is our Family Night on Thursday 08/06/2026 with discounted tickets and we are requesting the Food vendors to have a discounted Family Meal Deal ready for the crowds. Those of you who elect to have a Family Meal Discount will receive promotion and highlights on our social media platforms and website.
Just a couple of dates to remember:
April 30-Deadline for Existing Vendors to get the same spot
May 30-Deadline for new vendors-Anyone after that date will be waitlisted until we review new applications that were received in a timely fashion.
June 1-We will begin approving new vendors
Set Up will be changing this year so we can provide better service to the vendors. All vendors will be receiving a separate email later to choose their date and time for set up, excluding all North of the infield Vendors.
